When I’m not fretting over microgreens, contemplating seed security, or enabling a six-year old traceur…I run.
My focus is on the shorter long distance races ranging from 5 – 12 km. While I have a strong interest in the longer distance and ultra races, time and injuries currently only permit me to train for these “shorter distances”.
